The smart city concept, in which data from different systems are available, contains a multitude of critical infrastructures. This availability opens new research opportunities the study interdependency between those infrastructures and cascading effects solutions focuses on as network paper proposes an integrated resilience system linking interconnected to improve disaster resilience. A data-driven approach is considered, using artificial intelligence methods minimize destruction failing their components (at level). proposed allows rapid recovery infrastructures’ service performance levels after disasters while keeping coverage assessment risks, prevention, detection, response, mitigation consequences. has originality practical implication providing decision support that handles will management system—make prepare, adapt, absorb, respond, recover by taking advantage interconnections its various increase overall capacity.
